Schröder, Amrei

Amrei Schröder is with Schultze & Braun and has been a member of the international team since 2006. She specialises in reorganisation and restructuring of companies and commercially organised enterprises.

Amrei regularly publishes on topics related to insolvency; in particular, on Spanish Insolvency Law and is co-author of Braun (publ), Insolvency and Restructuring in Germany-Yearbook 2008, Frankfurt/M, 2008. She currently conducts doctorate studies on security interests in real property in insolvency proceedings in the Spanish/German insolvency law at Friedrich-Schiller-University, Jena, and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain.
