David Walter, associate of White and Case LLP, currently works in the Banking and Capital Markets Practice Group, specialising in bank finance. Prior to joining White & Case LLP, he worked within the Australian Restructuring and Insolvency Practice of another leading international law firm. Before beginning professional practice, he was the research assistant to His Honour Mr Justice Palmer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
