Geoffrey Yeowart is a partner in the London office of Lovells specialising in banking and finance. He deals with a wide range of transactional work, mainly for financial institutions and his practice covers, in particular, domestic and international bank lending, structured finance, multi-creditor restructurings and workouts, new banking products and netting and collateral arrangements. He is also a member of the City of London Law Society’s Financial Law Committee.
