Gemma Young is a policy manager for the Tribunals Service, an executive agency of the Ministry of Justice. She joined the Tax Appeals Modernisation project earlier this year from the Employment Tribunals, and has worked for the Tribunals Service for the past six years. She graduated from Brunel University in 2000 with a law degree, spent 18 months globe-trotting and now lives in London.
